From creating green spaces to organizing local events, our goal is to bring people together and make Hayle a better place to live.<\/p>\n<h4>Public Space Enhancements<\/h4>\n<p>Our team is committed to enhancing the beauty and functionality of Hayle\u2019s public spaces. We work on projects such as the Hayle Recreation Ground and King George V Memorial Walk (KGVMW) to ensure they are welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.<\/p>\n<h4>Collaboration with Stakeholders<\/h4>\n<p>We work closely with Hayle Town Council and other local stakeholders to coordinate efforts and ensure that our projects align with the community\u2019s broader vision. This collaborative approach helps us address diverse needs and create lasting positive change.<\/p>\n<h4>Masterplan Projects<\/h4>\n<p>We are actively involved in developing and implementing the Hayle Masterplan, a comprehensive strategy for the town\u2019s development. This plan outlines key projects and priorities, guiding our efforts to create a cohesive and vibrant community.<\/p>\n<h4>Inclusive Decision-Making<\/h4>\n<p>As we aim to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), we are committed to a governance model that places decision-making power in the hands of our members.
