Hayle Community Action Group (HCAG) is a dynamic, community-driven organisation dedicated to enhancing and revitalizing Hayle through collaborative place-shaping initiatives. Our mission is to bring together residents, businesses, and local stakeholders to create a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable future for our town.<\/p>

We are in the process of applying to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), using the Association Model, which means our members will have a direct say in decision-making processes. Our focus areas include community projects, public spaces, local amenities, and heritage preservation, all guided by the principles of transparency, inclusivity, and community engagement.<\/span><\/p>
