Hayle Community Action Group (HCAG) is a dynamic, community-driven organisation dedicated to enhancing and revitalizing Hayle through collaborative place-shaping initiatives. Our mission is to bring together residents, businesses, and local stakeholders to create a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable future for our town.
We are in the process of applying to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), using the Association Model, which means our members will have a direct say in decision-making processes. Our focus areas include community projects, public spaces, local amenities, and heritage preservation, all guided by the principles of transparency, inclusivity, and community engagement.
Our diverse team of members work to identify needs, develop solutions, and implement projects that benefit everyone in Hayle. We believe in the power of community action and the positive impact we can achieve when we work together.
